A group of 6 persons from various institutions engaged in TVET are responsible for the strategic steering of the journal.
This includes deciding on the thematic focus and sequence of issues, on the editors of each issue (at least one member of the Editorial Board will be among them), the specific responsibilities and the timeline.

Scientific Advisory Board:
The members of the scientific advisory board comment (and decide?) at least once a year on the content-related planning and strategy of the editorial board. They make suggestions for future thematic areas, propose members for editorial teams of specific issues and bring in their expertise as members of their scientific community. The board also plays a key role in disseminating the journal.

Editors (per issue):
3-4 individuals take responsibility for each specific issue. They organise the process from the beginning (call for papers) to the online publication of the issue: they issue the call for papers, select the authors, run the review process (including feedback to the authors), assure the content-related and formal quality of the articles and are responsible for the timeline of the entire issue.
