The lack of a culture of continuous improvement, driven by data and feedback, further impedes the development of high-quality digital TVET programs. Unless these quality assurance challenges are addressed, there is a risk that digital TVET will not gain the credibility and recognition needed to attract learners and employers, both domestically and internationally671011.
