Dr. Azlan Bin Abdul Latib is a senior lecturer at the Technical and Engineering Education Department, Faculty of Education, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He obtained Diploma in Engineering (Agriculture) from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia, Bachelor in Technology with Education (Mechanical Engineering), a Master degree and PhD in Technical and Vocational Education from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Among the positions that he held since 2010 were Deputy Director for Co curricular Centre, and Deputy Director for Alumni Liaison Unit, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He actively involved in conducting research on employability skills, generic skill, service learning and special needs training program. In addition he has written numerous papers and presented at national and international conferences and seminar. Azlan is a think tank members for Ministry of Higher Education in holistic generic skills student development. He is actively involved in community program known as service learning with a collaboration from other government and non-government agencies. He is a also a members of Asian Academic Society for Vocational Education and Training, and the Association of Technical and Vocational Education Malaysia.
